These terms govern your use of OperatorIndex, operated by Northtide Data Holdings, LLC.

What we provide

A vertical-SaaS benchmark calculator, free 6-page PDF report, paid 25-page Premium Report ($49 one-time), Annual Benchmark Subscription ($199/year, 4 quarterly reports), and one-time H2 2026 Quarterly Report ($1,500).

Payments

All payments are processed by Polar.sh as Merchant of Record. Polar issues your receipt and handles any chargeback. We do not receive your card details.

Refund policy

14-day no-questions refund on every product. Email refunds@operator-index.com within 14 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund within 3 business days.

Subscription cancellation

You can cancel the Annual Benchmark Subscription at any time from the Polar.sh customer-portal link in your receipt email. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Accuracy of benchmarks

The benchmarks are derived from self-reported submissions. We disclose sample size and the all-vertical-SaaS fallback when relevant. We do not warrant the benchmarks for any specific use; they are reference points, not investment advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OperatorIndex and Northtide Data Holdings, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
