Privacy policy
OperatorIndex is operated by Northtide Data Holdings, LLC — a Wyoming-registered US company. This page describes what we collect, why, and how to delete your data.
What we collect
- Email address (so we can send you the report). We never sell or rent emails. Our transactional sender is Resend.
- Calculator answers (the 12 metrics you provide).
- A salted hash of your IP and user-agent. The salt rotates daily. We cannot reverse these into your identity.
- UTM parameters from the URL when you arrive — so we can measure which channels work.
What we don't collect
- Your raw IP or user-agent string.
- Your exact ARR — we ask for a range bucket instead.
- Any payment data — payments are processed by Polar.sh as Merchant of Record.
How we use your data
Your individual submission is used to generate your report. The vertical-level aggregates (p25/p50/p75 per metric per vertical) are used to render benchmark percentiles for future users in the same vertical.
Submissions older than 730 days are automatically truncated to vertical-level aggregates only. After 730 days, the individual row is purged.
Email deliverability
We use Resend for transactional email and configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC on our sending domain. We honor unsubscribes immediately.
Cookies
We use first-party cookies for session state only. We do not run third-party advertising trackers. PostHog product analytics runs in cookie-less mode.
How to delete your data
Email privacy@operator-index.com with your email address and we will delete your row within 30 days. We will confirm the deletion by reply.
